The traditional Building Permit (IMB) has now been replaced by PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) — known in English as Building Approval.
Under the new system, instead of merely applying for permission to build, property owners must ensure the design, structure, and safety standards meet national regulations before construction begins.
PBG is processed through the OSS system, and it also requires a Certificate of Building Feasibility (SLF) once construction is completed.
This ensures that the building complies with environmental and technical standards.
Whether you’re constructing a private villa, commercial space, or resort, our office can help you coordinate architectural documents, land certificates, and technical requirements for your PBG application.
We make sure your project is legally protected and recognized by local authorities — from foundation to completion.
